You have to put a lot of trust into things when having a destination wedding, not getting a trial run and for an early morning wedding like we did, relying on someone to be there for you at 6 am! My expectations were exceeded! I liked that her service gave you the option of them coming to you, making the morning so much easier. It was great to be able to correspond via email with quick, professional and what felt like caring responses from the first email forward. Alexandra and her team were on time and ready to go. She had my notes with her from our initial conversations, but both of them still checked in as we went to make sure I was happy. They were friendly and fun to talk with. Hair and makeup were exactly what I wanted, and both held up perfectly through the day and evening. I was extremely pleased and truly believe any bride would be in the best of hands!
